Inspired by Maya Angelou’s poem of the same name. Spiral arms contain words from the poem transliterated into long twig runes so that they play a decorative function for this piece.
Starting with “Woman” (the yellow runes) and moving clockwise: Woman, swarm, phenomenal, independent, secret, mystery, life, power.
